Refund & Return Policy

At Rotigo.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We prepare and deliver food with utmost hygiene and care, under a valid FSSAI license.

  1. No Return Policy – Since food items are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

  2. Refund Eligibility – Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

    • Order was cancelled by us due to non-availability.

    • Wrong item delivered.

    • Order not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Refund Process

    • If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

    • In case of online payment disputes, Razorpay policies will be applicable.
