Welcome to Rotigo.in. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Availability – We currently deliver only in Vrindavan, Mathura (PIN 281121).

2. FSSAI Compliance – All food is prepared under hygiene standards with a valid FSSAI license Number 22723812000249.

3. Order Acceptance – Orders are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, we may cancel and refund.

4. Payments –

   • We accept secure online payments via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (if available).

   • In case of payment failure, order will not be processed.

5. Customer Responsibility – Ensure accurate delivery details (address, phone number). We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

6. Cancellation Policy –

   • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation starts.

   • Once food is prepared/dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

7. Liability – Rotigo.in is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
